Who processes the data

The data controller is FFR Record Shop, based in Naples, Italy. For any request about your data write to ffr.recordsshop@gmail.com.

What we collect

• If you email us about an order or a visit: your name, email address and whatever you write. Used only to reply and handle the order.
• Saved records and cart stay in your browser's storage and never reach us.
• If you ask us to email you your cart: your address and the records in it. Used to send that email and a single reminder the next day, nothing else. The link at the bottom of the email stops it all.
• We use no analytics and no profiling advertising.

Cookie

This site sets no profiling cookies of its own. There are two exceptions, both about listening: records run through YouTube (Google), and on the «What we listen to» page the recommended stations run through SoundCloud's and Mixcloud's players. Both may set their own cookies, which is why neither is loaded until you consent. You can refuse and still use everything else.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data by writing to the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority.
